Arriving Thursday?
If you are arriving Thursday, please let us know and join us
for a welcome dinner at Breckenridge Brewery (600 South Main Street),
starting at 6:30 PM. It’s a casual atmosphere (jeans) with standard
pub grub and fairly tasty microbrews.
Wedding Ceremony Transportation
For the wedding, we have arranged shuttle transportation to and
from the wedding/reception venue. Please let us know which property
you are staying at so that we can help the drivers finalize a schedule.
We will then provide those interested in shuttle transport with a
timeframe for pick-up. (Alternatively, we can provide you with
directions to the venue. Please be aware that although it's only a
ten-minute ride from town, the road up the mountain is quite rocky and
potholed.)
Weather Update
The weather in Colorado has been cool lately. In Breckenridge,
the average high/low this week is 70/40 degrees. Pack accordingly.
Saturday Brunch
We’re planning a post–wedding brunch on Saturday from 9 to 10
a.m. at the Blue Moose Cafe (540 South Main Street; they are open from
7:00 until noon for breakfast if you are an early riser or late sleeper). Please let us know if you plan to attend.
Saturday Activities
Please let us know if you are interested in any Saturday
activities (such as hiking, rafting, golfing, fishing, spa visit) and what
your preferences are so we can help organize groups and make the arrangements in advance. Feel free to also make your own arrangements – some details on possible activities are posted under "Things To Do" or see the attached Summer Activities PDF flier(click here). The concierge at Great
Divide (Lesley, Phone: 970-547-5504 or -5555) also can make some
arrangements and recommendations.
Dress for Wedding Ceremony (semi-formal):
Men - Coat & Tie
Women - Long or short dress, or pantsuit
For all other occasions or events, dress as appropriate!

Travel from Denver:
If you need assistance, please call our venue concierge "Leslie" and she can help you make arrangements for shuttle travel from the airport to lodging? Leslie's number is 970-547-5504 (main concierge number is 970-547-5555).
The shuttle is run by Colorado Mountain Express and costs approximately $59 per person. If several guests are traveling on the same shuttle, the price decreases -- Leslie will help us organize.
